Olivier Beal from Lyon to Kigali ... a passionate Chef
Born in Lyon, the world capital of gastronomy, Olivier finishes his studies at the Lycée Rabelais to cook in 1987 with honors.
Globe-trotter in the soul, it is twenty years since Olivier discovers the world through the French Antilles. There he becomes a trainer at Pointe à Pitre.
Back in Lyon for several years before discovering the good Swiss tables and settle as a caterer in Neuchâtel (Weddings, banquets, seminars and business meals).
Called by his appetite for discovery, Olivier set foot in Africa in Libreville (Gabon) to direct to the kitchen brigade. It is the consecration the day Olivier will be in charge of the Palace of the Libreville to His Excellency President Ali Bongo.
In 2010 Olivier treads Rwandan land for directing the kitchens of the excellent Hotel "Lemingo" in Kigali.
Since January 2014, Olivier runs his own business with brilliance and inventiveness.
